SQF Certified

You can be assured that the food contact packaging materials that we produce are certified to the highest food safety standards and regulatory requirements.

G7 at Pulver

Pulver Packaging became certified in 2023.

This is a globally recognized standard that ensures consistent color quality in printing.

This will take effect in late 2024 for LPI.

The certification is recognized globally as a symbol of responsible forest management.

  • Environmental responsibility: Promoting sustainable forestry practices that protect ecosystems and prevent deforestation.

  • Social responsibility: Ensuring the rights and well-being of workers, communities, and indigenous peoples involved in forest management.

  • Economic viability: Supporting sustainable use of forest resources to benefit both businesses and local economies.

SFI

This will take effect in late 2024 for LPI.

​SFI certification means that a company or organization is using products from forests that are managed sustainably.

Key principles of SFI include:

  • Protection of water quality

  • Biodiversity conservation

  • Efficient use of fiber resources

  • Recognition of the rights of indigenous peoples

  • Sustainable harvest levels

Solar Powered

In October of 2010 LPI became solar powered with our 337-kilowatt solar array.

Being a large consumer of electricity, we have embarked on an extensive energy efficiency program. This solar field was phase three in an ongoing effort to control the cost of electricity, keeping us competitive into the future.

This new source of energy produces 75% of our present needs during hours of daylight and provides 25% of our overall needs annually. Sun Peak, a Madison, Wisconsin-based solar company assisted LPI in the development and construction of our forward-looking system.

Being a member of the Foil & Specialty Effects Association (FSEA) highlights our commitment to staying at the forefront of decorative print technologies, such as foil stamping, embossing, and specialty coatings. Through this membership, we access industry-leading resources, innovation insights, and educational tools that enhance the quality and creativity of our products. It also connects us with a network of professionals and suppliers, ensuring we offer the latest advancements and exceptional value to our customers.
